## Profile

Sven Millischer is a Swiss communications specialist and researcher. His career path led from business journalism through Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and intelligence work to communications. He currently serves as an Experienced Communication Specialist at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) in Bern. He has broad expertise in OSINT and artificial intelligence, due diligence, and public relations.

- Experienced Communication Specialist, Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, Bern (since April 2026): Editor-in-chief and content lead in FINMA's Communications division. Editor-in-chief of the flagship publications Annual Report and Risk Monitor, content lead for the relaunch of finma.ch (coordinating more than 60 content contributors), and project lead of the AI task force on the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
- Lecturer, OST Eastern Switzerland University of Applied Sciences (since March 2026): Teaching engagement in open-source AI and ESG compliance as part of the CAS program in AI and Compliance.
